Seeing some extremely fat mentally ill traumatised dude (then) in his late thirties miraculously succeed and then even get married is such a ridiculous idea it can inspire anyone at the depths. You're brother is obviously incredibly talented, but the fact he's always been hardy and successful isn't something everyone can dream of doing.

As someone who was abused, alongside my older sister who got out earlier from it than I did; This hits home me and my sister have different memories, different moments of abuse that defined us. Where Im still healing, going to therapy, etc she's locked it all away inside her and just raises her kid the opposite of how we were. We all heal differently.

But it pulls it from everywhere, total opposite of how the body burns fat naturally. It will pull it from organs (just fyi, your brain is 60 percent fat) and lean tissue. So, you lose lean muscle as fat is stripped away. Not healthy in the slightest. There are a laundry list of other shizz too, but again YT wont let me say anything here. Wonder why 🤔🤔🤔

I’m so addicted to kratom that even though it causes severe esophageal pain that is quite alarming I refuse to go to the dr so that I can justify continued use. I emptied out and flushed thousands of dollars worth of kratom and later rinsed and licked the empty bags, I haven’t gone a single day without relapsing. I’m taking upwards of 50 grams a day and I have many of the signs of liver disease but I can’t stop . I have bought a safe and a timed locked box and put the keys in it , I crowbarred and destroyed both just to feed my addiction. I have some idea of what you are going through. Just know that you are not alone understand the pain and despair that you feel. I might be dead soon. You have helped me so much, know that in the final years of my life you have inspired several albums worth of music , and creativity because of your advice and your content I have made my magnum opus , My longest periods of sobriety where watching your vlogs , they were my northern star in getting through the day. You are so important to my mental health and so many others. We believe in you boogie . You may not ever overcoming addiction, but that doesn’t make you any less, of an amazing artist

wow somehow i have watched you for 10 years at least...like the commenter below although ive never hung with you or anything but i had always thought you were the only kid in your family but then i thought about it and did remember you mentioning you had siblings. i didn't find you my son who was (holy sh*t i have been watching you for over 12 years ) he was only 12 years old had watched you and when that video came out he showed me and i was hooked and my son and his friend would react that video so much . he still watches you and now he is 24. im glad you introduced us to bryan it shows how close you guys were as kids even though he was older. it was a great interview

my brother lost over 100 kilos or 220 pounds with no surgery only a strict diet i dunno how much boogie weights now but my brother problaly weights less then him now and he used to weight over 200 kilos of 440 pounds he weights now 119 kilos or 262 pounds, and my brother was a glutton like huge on top of having gone trough one of the worst lives and chilgoods imaginable, but his health was at risk so he did what he had to do and he is winning the battle face on no fancy tricks, but if this new diet works for boogie go for it and good luck
